The planned workload is 50%. If you are interested, there is also the possibility of increasing the workload to 80% and helping to look after the first club in the city of Lucerne (of course with full payment of travel expenses).

You manage your club independently and are responsible for smooth operations, customer satisfaction and the achievement of targets for member sales.   • Operational management of YOUR club in terms of functionality and customer service
  • Responsibility for club costs and budgets
  • Increasing the number of members in the club by opening up new customer groups, especially corporate
  • Search for new B2B opportunities in the area of the designated club
  • Planning and implementation of sales promotion measurements in cooperation with the central marketing department
  • Responsibility for external partners in the area of personal training (incl. recruitment)
  • Public relations, handling complaints
  • Support for the head office in finding external partners in the areas of: maintenance and repairs, cleaning, security, technology
  • Management of equipment planning and procurement
  • Educated in sales, marketing or sports
  • Knowledge about the local area / willingness to be present during peak hours, usually in the evening
  • Energetic, fast-paced and motivated personality with a strong focus on customers
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in a service-oriented organization in the field of sports or leisure
  • Fitness background would be of great advantage
  • Experience in sales, both in the individual customer business and in the area of B2B/cooperation
  • High affinity for the digital
  • Interest in a healthy urban lifestyle
  • Independent way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility and responsible actions
  • Language skills: German and English, spoken and written, are mandatory
