40-MIN FULL-BODY HIIT WORKOUT

ALL LEVELS / home workout / full-body HIIT workout / 40 minutes

Our workout sessions from home continue. Today, with the help of a friend. Join Hanna Braun for a 40-minute full-body HIIT workout. A simple, straightforward and fun high-intensity interval training session you can do at home. All you need is your own body weight and a mat.

We will start with a warm-up to be ready to HIIT this session. You will perform 8 different exercises in 3 different rounds.

Let’s do this!

40-MIN FULL-BODY HIIT SESSION

WARM-UP

  1. Back lunge to high knee – 12 rep per side
  2. Body cross over toe touches – 10 reps per side
  3. Overhead reach – 10 reps each side
  4. Crawl down to plank position and back – 10 reps
  5. Arm circles
  6. Head circles

HIIT WORKOUT

  • 45 sec each exercise
  • 15 sec rest between exercises
  • 3 rounds
  • 2 min rest between rounds
  1. Squat with reach to the top
  2. Squat jumps with elevated heels
  3. Jumping jacks into toe touches
  4. Squat into side crunch
  5. Side V-ups (change sides after 22 sec)
  6. Plank with shoulder tap and jump
  7. Commando into push-up
  8. Plank X
