Et puisque notre plan\u00e8te tourne, toi aussi tu devrais tourner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ils am\u00e9liorent ta force du tronc, ton \u00e9quilibre et ta coordination<\/strong>, trois qualit\u00e9s essentielles dans les d\u00e9fis du quotidien\u2026 et qui peuvent aussi booster tes performances sportives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet entra\u00eenement rotationnel va t\u2019aider \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper tout \u00e7a. Il inclut <strong>4 exercices, chacun avec un nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions diff\u00e9rent, \u00e0 effectuer sur 3 tours<\/strong>.
