Parfois, pourtant, l\u2019approche la plus simple est aussi la plus efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenons les kettlebells, par exemple : un seul outil, mais des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019entra\u00eenement quasi infinies. Pour te le prouver, on d\u00e9marre l\u2019ann\u00e9e avec un entra\u00eenement de force avec kettlebell. Il se compose de 4 exercices, \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser sur <strong>5 <\/strong><strong>tours<\/strong>.
