Et ta routine habituelle ressemble plus \u00e0 une corv\u00e9e qu\u2019\u00e0 un vrai choix. C\u2019est pour \u00e7a que <strong>chez EVO, on cherche toujours de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de te challenger, de garder du fun et de te donner envie de bouger.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le twist du jour ? Un entra\u00eenement de force Ladder Challenge.
