L&#8217;id\u00e9e est simple : <strong>effectuer les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions attribu\u00e9es en une minute. Plus tu termines vite, plus tu as de temps pour te reposer, mais si tu ne termines pas \u00e0 temps, tu passes directement au tour suivant sans pause.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet <strong>entra\u00eenement EMOM avec halt\u00e8res<\/strong> offre toute l&#8217;intensit\u00e9 en utilisant un seul \u00e9quipement \u2013 les halt\u00e8res. Il comporte 3 <strong>exercices<\/strong> et des r\u00e9p\u00e9titions variables, avec <strong>30 secondes de repos entre les exercices<\/strong>.
