A full-body and functional workout that will show you how simple and effective is to exercise.<\/p>\n<p>You will need just a Kinesis One to exercise your whole body, without having to travel too far.<\/p>\n<p>This workout can be performed in 40 minutes.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Functional workout \/ Kinesis One \/ 20 reps, 4 sets, 30 seconds rest<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 exercises<\/li>\n<li>2o reps each set, 4 sets, 30 second rest<\/li>\n<li>Equipment: Kinesis One<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Strength 6\/10<br \/>\nPower 8\/10<br \/>\nEndurance 7\/10<br \/>\nSpeed 7\/10<br \/>\nAgility 7\/10<br \/>\nCoordination 6\/10<br \/>\nBalance 8\/10<br \/>\nFlexibility 5\/10<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>1. KINESIS TWISTING PUNCHES<\/h2>\n<p><strong>20 reps, 4 sets each side, 30 seconds rest<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standing backwards to the kinesis One, hang the cable grips with your hands close to your trunk and arms flexed. KINESIS LOW TO HIGH CHOP<\/h2>\n<p><strong>20 reps, 4 sets each side, 30 seconds rest<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standing backwards to the kinesis One, hang one of the cable grips with both hands and twist your torso with arms extended faced to the cable and hand at the hip level.
