It replicates the rowing and sawing movements that are healthy and help your body get ready for daily activities.<\/p>\n<h2>WHAT<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Kinesis Row is a functional whole-body exercise.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthens your back muscles<\/li>\n<li>Promotes balance.<\/li>\n<li>Activates core and improves pulling strength.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>HOW<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Stand facing the Kinesis One and grab the cable grips with your arms extended<\/li>\n<li>Stabilise your scapula and activate your abs<\/li>\n<li>Pull the handles towards your chest<\/li>\n<li>Try to stabilize your hip and trunk<\/li>\n<li>Allow your arms to go forward until you reach the starting position.
