It will engage the core throughout the entire movement.<\/p>\n<h2>HOW<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Keep core and glutes tight and squeeze shoulder blades together. Bend the elbows and lean forwards, maintaining body in a straight line. Return under control and repeat.<\/p>\n<h2>WHY<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The unstable nature of this exercise will naturally require you to move slowly with more control.
