Es gibt einen Unterschied zwischen isolierten Kraft\u00fcbungen und zusammengesetzten Kraft\u00fcbungen, die wir f\u00fcr dieses <strong>15-min\u00fc<\/strong><strong>tige <\/strong><strong>functional Kraft-W<\/strong><strong>orkout<\/strong> vorbereitet haben. Willst du wissen, was der Hauptunterschied ist? Zusammengesetzte Kraft\u00fcbungen verbessern deine Gesamtkondition und st\u00e4rken &nbsp;gleichzeitig deine Muskeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit nur <strong>3 <\/strong><strong>\u00dcbungen<\/strong> wird dein ganzer K\u00f6rper <strong>15 Minuten<\/strong> lang trainiert. F\u00fcr jede \u00dcbung hast du eine vordefinierte Anzahl an Wiederholungen und es gibt insgesamt <strong>4 Runden<\/strong>. Die Knie bleiben dabei \u00fcber den F\u00fc\u00dfen. Halte Bauch- und Ges\u00e4\u00dfmuskeln angespannt, um die H\u00fcfte zu kontrollieren und stabilisiere die Bewegung.
