Sie sind Teil unserer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/evofitness_official\/channel\/\">IGTV Home Workout Serie<\/a>. In den n\u00e4chsten Wochen werden wir dich mit weiteren Sessions dieser Art versorgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kreiert wurde das heutige Workout von Angie Cavazos, <strong>P<\/strong><strong>ersonal Trainerin bei <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/evofitness.at\/evo-vienna-mariahilferstrasse\/\">EVO Mariahilfer Stra\u00dfe in Wien<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es handelt sich um ein 30-min\u00fctiges Kraft- und Gleichgewichtstraining, das sich auf die Schultern, R\u00fccken, Arme, Beine und Ges\u00e4\u00dfmuskeln konzentriert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bist du bereit?
