Das Workout des Monats August<strong> ist ein einfaches und schnelles Eigengewicht Tabata-Workout,<\/strong> mit dem du deine Ausdauer testen kannst. Wie du wahrscheinlich bereits wei\u00dft, handelt es sich bei Tabata um ein 4-min\u00fctiges Workout, das aus 8 \u00dcbungen besteht. Jede \u00dcbung wird f\u00fcr 20 Sekunden ausgef\u00fchrt, mit 10 Sekunden Pause nach jeder \u00dcbung.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser Tabata Workout besteht allerdings aus 2 Runden mit einer Minute Pause dazwischen. Das macht insgesamt 9 Minuten.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die 8 \u00dcbungen werden in der folgenden Reihenfolge ausgef\u00fchrt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kniebeuge Sprung<\/li><li>Burpee<\/li><li>Crab Walk<\/li><li>Crawl<\/li><li>Long Jump<\/li><li>Jumping Lunge<\/li><li>Inverted Jump<\/li><li>Mountain Climber<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Mache in den<strong> 20 Sekunden<\/strong> so viele Wiederholungen wie m\u00f6glich pro \u00dcbung, pausiere dann f\u00fcr <strong>10 Sekunden<\/strong> und gehe zur n\u00e4chsten \u00dcbung \u00fcber. Das klingt zu schnell? Kein Wunder, es handelt sich schlie\u00dflich um ein schnelles Tabata Workout.
