Test your limits with this strength-training program designed for couples, focusing on core muscles. After all, what’s better than a hot workout with your loved one?
Exercise in itself gives mood feeling, better fitness and more strength. And happiness afterwards, also called endorphins. How nice is it to share all this with the ones you love more?
You’ll end up loving it, sweating, laughing and end in a good mood. And, of course, work on those abdominal muscles.

Take a sit-up and give or throw the ball to a partner. Choose whether you want to take sit-ups at the same time or whether one will have a break while the other is doing a rehearsal.
Make an arm lift at the same time and give each other a flap in each hand before new repetition. Here’s how to follow the pace of each other.
Sit in the boat position against each other and make half-circles with your legs from right to left and left to the right. Remember to keep your chest up!
Make an outcome on both sides before transferring the ball to your partner. While one works out, the other awaits in a static position to get the ball back.
One begins by performing a leaning. When that one is in the starting position, the other walks down on elbows and returns to the palms. Repeat every second time. Plan your challenge!
Finish your session with a flat stomach challenge. Go to the plank and see who’s the longest!
